Cancellation Policy
At Yutori Massage and Wellness, we understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. If you cancel on the day of your service, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy allows us to maintain a high level of service and accommodate all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
